It's a fun place to work, especially if you enjoy the stadium atmosphere, and there's plenty of opportunity if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

You're only as good as your team, and sometimes (both management and the people you supervise) can be difficult to deal with. Hours are very variable, you may work 60 one week and 25 the next.
