Pros

Great overall strategy and vision MD who is super passionate about Sustainability Opportunity to work at some amazing venues

Cons

Strategy doesn’t trickle down to venue level Very old school hospitality mentality which values the views of Operators more than anyone else Sales teams not respected Communication very poor at venue level

Pros

Great experience and love a lot of the people o get to work with. Managers are helpful and listen/try to understand you when things go wrong. Usually we are really busy but when things slow down we have the option to pick up work at sister locations like the zoo if they need help.

Cons

Not enough staff can make things stressful. No vacation time, only sick time but can only use 40 hours MAX per year or you get written up. Have to pay for parking. Insurance not available until your anniversary of start day
