Pros

The bonds built solving other people's issues have built a strong team. The venue itself is an overall fun place to work if you're capable of handling stress, and long hours. There are people throughout the property who genuinely care about others.

Cons

The property follows the 80/20 rule, where 20% of the managment performs 80% of the work. People are enabled and bad habits have been created, while some positions serve no quantifiable purpose. Natural overachievers who devote a lot to the operation, while going above and beyond are often overlooked, despite consistently getting results. People with great annul reviews and broad skillsets are often passed over, while higher level positions are filled by people who can't handle the environment. Salaries vary to an extreme degree, with some subordinates being brought in higher than their supervisor, while promotions at the lower levels of management are completely arbitrary.
