Not as much of a "family" as they want you to think

Local management is very open and transparent. Diversity and Inclusion are well represented.
Cons
Levy wants you to think we're a family, so you sacrifice of yourself for the company. Its not. Corporate couldn't care less about the cogs in the machine. Management will freely spend money on new gizmos and gimmicks while neglecting the staff needs. Our union contract came up and corporate crushed any and all attempts at negotiating better deals, the head negotiator was unprofessional and actually started yelling at our negotiators for having the gall to ask for any concessions. Even after signing contract, enforcing their end of it is like pulling teeth. Meanwhile, HR is firing people for minor infractions while letting bigoted employees who bully their coworkers and refuse to do their jobs float.
