Pros

The people/co-workers are generally nice.

Cons

Although the location in the Gold Coast makes this place ideal to work at, the cons outweigh the benefits. The work space is small and claustrophobic. There’re too many people in the small space making it very noise environment. There's no good place to eat except for at your desk or eating out. They keep getting rid of perks like company lunches, bonuses, etc. The work keeps increasing and the company loves doing performance reviews, which happens multiple times throughout the year, where they spend a bunch of time nitpicking minor details and not highlighting the good. If you complain to HR about conditions, they’ll recommend that you resign. As my boss said to me once “Levy is an aggressive company to work for and they’ll just keep getting more and more aggressive! So, if you’re looking for a work/life balance, then this is NOT the place for you.”

Pros

I was able to see what I don't want to do for a living.

Cons

This company preys on people who want to see their career move forward and exploits that drive to their own benefit. Grossly negligent in the training department.

Pros

1) Free lunch daily 2) built friendships with some coworkers

Cons

1) Onboarding process doesn't exist-there is no training. Management just assumes you will figure it out and if you do something wrong will get in trouble. Make sure you don't ask questions-leadership doesn't want to be interrupted from their work and will make that very clear. 2) The work environment isn't a healthy one-management is condescending and rude to their employees. 3) the HR department repeats what is told to them in confidence 4) disorganization/ lack of communication between departments
