Some of the Benefits if I ever get to use them. Some good employees and managers who like me are trying to make a difference

Cons

Expectation of long hours, multiple roles and low pay. Preach a lot about quality life work balance but doesn’t exist. Part of mantra is being nice to others but some managers and people at corporate are rude jerks and unsupportive
