Pros

It’s over, I quit in 2018.

Cons

Every day at Levy was like being in the middle of a merger. If you’ve ever gone through a merger, you know you don’t want to live that every single day. It was so disjointed and all of the “leaders“ were at odds with their vision for the company. There was so much skulduggery that it was ridiculous. For god’s sake we were working on marketing materials for the sales of nachos and hotdogs. There was so much drama for so little purpose.

Pros

Great atmosphere and great perks. Meet really talented people in the S&E field and there is a lot to learn in a fast paced environment

Cons

Long hours when not needed, most work can be done remote but management not on board with that idea at this time. Not sure if the pandemic changed that for campus employees.
