Pros

Evening hours, decent pay for a food service job, cool building to work in, flexible scheduling as far as days go

Cons

No chance for promotions, no variety in tasks, chronically understaffed so the amount of work per person was ridiculous and stressful

Flexible working hours, ability to cancel shifts up to the day before

Cons

Broken promises of advancement for many staff, lack of support, no training, management were rude and unhelpful, poor hours, promises of taxis broken and then abolished for late finishes the minute there was a late finish, resigned and then was "fired" and accused of ignoring correspondence (that I had replied to) a month after I already had my P45 and confirmation of resignation.
