Pros

Fellow employees are great to work with. Most are positive and easy going. Everyone in it together attitude among hourly employees.

Cons

Poor management in key places. Poor communication (worst I have ever experienced). Horrible organization. Lack of fluidity. Long hours and low pay. Lack of vision for overall goal. Lack of empathy or care for employees. Poor training. Some managers like to belittle employees in front of others. Some management likes to hang you out to dry to cover their own backside.

Pros

During peak season you get plenty of overtime and you are paid time and a half. You also have the opportunity to advance in the company if you diligently look for it.

Cons

The atmosphere is very negative at times. If someone is in a bad mood they take it out on everyone else.The kitchen is nasty because the guys that work there are nasty. They throw trash in the floor right beside the empty trash can.
