Pros

Was fun working with LEVY Restaurants during the US Open, as long as you have a great supervisor. As a reservationist you answer a lot of phone calls with demands that you may not be able to make and from different spectrum of people.

Cons

starting off I was told I would be making $13/hr however, once i started the rate was $9/hr. I would say when you are getting hired make sure to document everything and get any compensation stated in writing.

Pros

I have very much enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Also, the free meals aren't bad! They let you choose your own shifts to work around a student schedule.

Cons

Sometimes, not all the time, it is a little frustrating when there aren't enough supplies for every event. Other than that, I have loved all my experiences working here.

Pros

Returning hourly team members are great to work with.

Cons

The upper management is very unprofessional and seemed unprepared for every little thing. I remained untrained through the first three weeks of being a manager and would continue to get disciplined for doing things incorrectly event thought I hadn't been trained yet.
