I was able to train as a bartender and move around a bit in my position. Great coworkers.

Cons

Long hours, pay isn't great. No tips for this position and it is high pressure and hard work.

Lots of locations to choose from, lots of opportunities to promote, benefits supposedly, I really can't think of anything else good about them

Cons

Poor management, lack of communication, encourages infighting and backstabbing among the employees, tipout system is shady, hr not reliable. Not good.
