The building is the same, the customers are as varied as the events. Fun, upbeat working environment.

Cons

Must be able to multitask. LONG hours. Many levels of middle management with each person having different styles of managing makes it extremely frustrating to work at events, sometimes. Must be able to deal with very fast pace & high volume of customers.

It's a very fun company to work for in F&B because of the venues they operate in. They also take pretty good care of their employees.

Cons

Work-life balance is difficult because of the industry as well as the support trips during the off-season.
