Pros

Free lunch, sometimes it's even edible. Some of the employees that break out of the cliques are nice. The hourly staff is incredible and does not get enough credit.

Cons

Job is misrepresented in interview process, department is in shambles and has been for a long time, upper management does not care about keeping their promises or admit that they lied.

Great opportunity to learn the F&B business and advance you career. Sites range from restaurants to professional sporting arenas - some of which require traveling support. Supporting other sites is recommended and encouraged (and a good way to advance).

Cons

There can be huge gaps in the quality of locations throughout the company. Some may be well run and others have issues at every level. Usually it's a toss up.
