The hours are adjustable and they work with your schedule. They feed you in the beginning of every shift. There is opportunity for growth.

Cons

The managers and leaders can sometimes be unconcerned and hard to work with.

The other employees becomes like family. Events are very cool to work as there is a wide variety coming in, so it is never the same work twice. Decent benefits, and ability to grow and move around within the company.

Cons

Decentralize the corporate big brother micro-managing system. Your corporate support is very degrading towards you and only look to blame you rather than work towards a solution. VERY Political. VERY stressful to manage the team members as most if not all seem to have an "us against them" mentality. Constant staffing issues.
