The managers are rude and disrespectful they don't follow they company or food safety rules but expect the employees to do so they are very unprofessional

Work life balance is absurd. Corporate preaches how they hear the staff's concerns in the field and continues to do nothing about it. Regularly work 80 hours a week and questioned why some things don't get done. The DO manages out of fear and intimidation and tells the rest of the management that they are to blame for people not wanting to work here. The reporting and paperwork load is gigantic and tons on redundant data requested regularly. The company has lost touch with the basics; "people and product".
