Pros

The only pro is that you have some say in the days you work

Cons

Management was not approachable and got angry a lot. Even though I had many years of experience and wages were discussed in the interview they started me at minimum wage. Come on. If you care for your employees at all you need to start people at higher wages if you expect to keep them or keep quality people. Good luck with the turn over.

Great manager support, fun experiences, room for growth and different than any other food and bev experience

Cons

Managers expected to travel regularly, loyalty falls to side when out of home team's season and will pay as little as possible

Pros

I worked as a server's assistant for the company and was always treated with the utmost respect, despite being a glorified bus boy. Pay was generous and my coworkers were great.

Cons

The organizational system for days off wasn't great. I had trouble scheduling time off despite a "simple" system.
