Pros
Good way to enter the F&B market. Suite managers were understanding and appreciate of hard workers and food was pretty good. Football and soccer games provided for hours throughout most of the year, while flexible enough to work other jobs. Most co-workers were great, some not so much.
Cons
Do not promote from within, at least from suite runner to suite attendant, even though they said they would. They would rather hire from outside and it would take several weeks for the new employees to understand how things work and not get lost within the stadium. Even some of veteran suite attendants are clueless...
