      Pros

      Fellow employees are great to work with. Most are positive and easy going. Everyone in it together attitude among hourly employees.

      Cons

      Poor management in key places. Poor communication (worst I have ever experienced). Horrible organization. Lack of fluidity. Long hours and low pay. Lack of vision for overall goal. Lack of empathy or care for employees. Poor training. Some managers like to belittle employees in front of others. Some management likes to hang you out to dry to cover their own backside.

      Exciting work place, sport and entertainment, fun coworkers.

      Long hours in season, no work life balance in season, to much focus financial performance rather than client relationships and developing employees.

      They work with you on your schedule pretty well.

      Cons

      Be prepared to do your work and everyone else's work. You will constantly be short staffed, the managers don't care and half have no idea what they are doing. They cater to the worst employees while running the good ones like dogs...they pay like crap and scoff at you when you ask for a raise to make what you are worth. They make promises and constantly break them, not a lot of advancement.
