Different job, not your usual 9-5 Interesting work environment, not many people can say they work in a professional sports environment Decent opportunities for travel to work marquee events

Cons

Typical hospitality- work/life balance is a struggle Lifestyle is not for everyone Corporate office often forgets that field management works event based, not Monday-Friday

Pros

Returning hourly team members are great to work with.

Cons

The upper management is very unprofessional and seemed unprepared for every little thing. I remained untrained through the first three weeks of being a manager and would continue to get disciplined for doing things incorrectly event thought I hadn't been trained yet.
