      Pros

      Great people Some friendly managers Somewhat exciting recruitment process Pay is pretty good (£7ph) Casual work so choose when you want to work Flexible Work at wide range of venues Opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      Like I said its casual work. Sadly there isn't an event every single day. Could be a bit more stable. A bit hit and miss with venues. Different teams take a different approach.
