      Most staff is seasonal, and most them keep coming back year after year.

      Pros

      Very fun work environment working in a stadium for major sporting events and concerts. Awesome opportunity to make a lot of money in the right position. Very fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Too much management turnover. I have had 7 managers in the last 6 years. Too much corporate involvement when they really don't know whats going on at this specific location.
