Pros

Levy Restaurants holds several venues making it possible for employees to transfer to different properties all over the U.S. and even abroad in China, Australia, London, Brazil and other locations.

Cons

There are little to no fringe benefits such as health insurance. The lack of potential for career advancement is depressing. It's good as a resume builder if an employee works at a high-end property but wants to move on to a more rewarding job.

Pros

Disney Restaurant, consistent Business, with little down season. Coworkers are great people. The money is good, its hard to argue with 40-50K a year @ less than 40 hours a week, regardless of any short comings it may have.

Cons

Most tips are put onto check, you can count on some cash, but it will only be a fraction of what you get. Management is a little hard headed. Policies seem to be fickle. Policies are made up in Chicago, yet they have little grasp of what is needed locally.
