      A company who,I feel does't give a blank about their employees,never a positive note only what you could of done.

      Good medical insurance.Good co workers

      Cons

      Treat people very poorly. Have very little respect of there management,who after all see and know what's needs to be done in their resturant. Maybe they know how to run their place better than the upper management. Maybe listening,and learning would help the whole ,not just the big wigs.

      Pros

      The pay is very good for what you do. You spend about two hours doing absolutely nothing, and the remaining part of the shift doing literal running of food out to guest. Then you clean, take your tips, and leave. You can pick your days you work, and take a lot of time off before working the next games. Moving up the ranks is very possible if you work hard and get to know your coworkers and upper management well. Very simple.

      Cons

      Upper management forms clicks with certain employees. Often times you'll be pushed around until you've proven yourself worthy amongst the staff. Coworkers can be rude, but as long as you show upper management you've got what it takes, things will improve. This job is seasonal, and working more games means more taxes taken out per pay check. Good luck on getting tipped, most guest do not tip.
