Very progressive and financially stable company, which has very good resources available to reach the compliance standards that are set by the senior leadership group.

Cons

I am currently working in St. Louis Missouri, while my children and grand children are in the greater New Orleans area. This dynamic does not have any direct reason why I am trying to speak employment in the Greater New Orleans area.

Pros

Gorgeous facility, attending events means you get to listen to the artists!! Great opportunity to hear everyone who is coming to town while getting paid to do it! Great coworkers and guests are generally in great spirits.

Cons

Very little support from upper management and vendors. Coworkers have good intentions but the resources are not there for us to effectively do our jobs. Pepsi has not fixed our soda guns for three years now and we have to use certain sodas in cans that warehouse won't supply us with. You have to make alliances with the bar backs to get the proper supplies to successfully do your job. When you try to get these concerns addressed, management minimizes the problem as they are overwhelmed with higher priorities.

Meeting and interacting with guests.

Cons

Not respected my management.They had an Employee Appreciation Breakfast and didn't tell the employees. So when we got to work it had ended, On Thanksgiving Day, which is mandatory for us to work they closed employee dining room. So for 9 hours we didn't get to eat. They threw food out and didn't let us have any. At the end of the night we were offered one cold hotdog. That's how Levy employees spent their Thanksgiving.
