Great opportunities for students. It is easy to develop good relationships and move into graduate assistantships.

Cons

There were few jobs on campus that paid more than minimum wage. It was hard to get into those departments and seemed as if many people who were undeserving got into it.

Beautiful Campus, free masters tuition after a year of employment, the majority of the staff are nice to work with, you can move up the ladder quickly (but only if you're willing to work extra without sufficient compensation)

Cons

Top heavy administration, salaries are not comparable to similar institutions unless you are an administrator and are not equal between departments, departments that have the greatest student impact are often understaffed, while some that only work with a select group are over staffed, limited professional development
