Great campus and people. Athletics play a major roll in campus life. Brothers who run the school are very supportive and friendly.

Cons

Too low of a stipend for a graduate assistant.

Pros

Beautiful campus, nice working environment. Pay is fair for the work. There is a lot of independence and freedom to teach material that matches student learning styles.

Cons

There aren't any benefits or perks since it's part-time, and the work is unpredictable--teach some semesters, other times not. The lack of consistency and the unwillingness of the departments to extend full-time employment offers is disappointing. It's frustrating to often put in the same hours as full-time faculty, but not be acknowledged or compensated for it.
