Assistant professor of biology and chemistry- tenure track

Pros

Nice scenery, free salad and soup for employees, I teach one chemistry course and a lab. Mostly biology courses.

Cons

Administration is top heavy, very disorganized and incompetent. I get sick of the Disorder and micromanagement.
