Excellent insurance benefits and you/your dependents can go to school for free.

Cons

Awful and inept management, low salaries, no retirement matching, no raises, no room to advance. They just eliminated flex summer scheduling and soup/salad that was previously provided. The previous adminstration overspent and now we're going into austerity.

Pros

Nice people. Some people in certain offices are very friendly and encouraging. Beautiful campus and flexibility with working over 30 hours.

Cons

Preferential treatment. Low pay. No room for advancement. High turnover due to management in administrative departments and low employee morale. Processes and office equipment needs updating.
