Pros

The tuition benefit is excellent. Your entire family can get their college degrees. The vacation time is good as well along with many holidays and an extended break over Christmas and New Years.

Cons

Salaries are low (unless you are senior management or a professor) and there is not really a way for a real raise as increases are across the board approved by the board and are 2% so whether you are an outstanding employee or dead weight you will get the same raise. Senior management is out of touch with reality when hiring new employees and relies to much on the tuition benefit to significantly undercut starting pay.

Pros

Lewis University is excellent in both undergraduate and graduate programs. They provide a rich history and valuable education while true to their mission and vision.

Cons

There are no criticisms that apply to a review of Lewis University. The university is outstanding in academics and programs.
