      Pros

      Very student oriented university. Values and mission driven as well. At Lewis you really get the chance to connect with students on a personal level.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that Lewis University is a small institution there is not a lot of room to expand or grow. Some of the procedures that are followed are outdated and people are resilient to change.

      Pros

      Working at Lewis as a Graduate Assistant opened so many opportunities for me from working along side professionals, offering hands on learning, service opportunities, professional development, and most of all helping pay for my Master program which I would have never been able to do on my own. Lewis is a great place.

      Cons

      Overall I think any cons I experienced are outweighed by the positive impact my time at Lewis had on my personal and professional life.
