      -Intro to AD -Work with GPO -Exp with ticketing system called TechExcel Wise Service U -Teach fact/staff -Handle 5000+ users including fact, staff, and students -Supervise studentworkers

      Cons

      -Politics -Presently being audited -Several people were laid off (higher positions) -Can be slow at times -May have to work on a weekend -Departments remain segregated and do not work together

      This is a great place to work at! Very friendly staff, always understanding, great opportunities for higher up jobs.

      Cons

      Depending on what you do, the pay isn't that great since they are a not for profit company. Sometimes employees use their power in a bad way.

      It is a nice place to work. Good people. Nice environment and great benefits because of the tuition exchange program.
