-great co workers -very laid back atmosphere -school benefits

Cons

-abysmal pay -management subjugates you and makes sure you feel beneath them -too much work for the level of pay -management can leave whenever they feel like it and give work they haven't completed to student workers to complete -micromanagers and supervisors that are nitpicky on every little thing you do -no opportunity for career growth, recognition, and rarely ever any overtime

Pretty clear communication of what's expected in your role

Cons

Very traditional work processes and approaches to everything. Also very religious. It's okay if you're Catholic, but if not you may at times feel funny about prayer before departmental meetings, etc.
