Seriously an awesome company to work for!!
Pros
So I am relatively new to coding and I come from retail so the total difference in industry might have a lot to do with this but I have worked for and been involved with a lot of companies in both entry level and upper management positions but honestly I can not think of another company I have been involved with that even comes close to this company. The amount of resources and education that you can get just from working here is astonishing. Yes some of the things others are saying is true-they are picky with their coding(of course they are, they are a vendor and want/need to delivery expert services for their providers....you have a lot of different people you have to report to- yes you do but they all work in tandem and the supervisors I have dealt with have all been completely understanding and supportive and if you aren't sure who to go to with /for something, they provide a person that you can ask anything to and they can tell you who to talk to. Unbelievable coder resources and career advancement working for this company is astonishing. I highly highly recommend this company.
Cons
It is a large company so there is a lot of tracking and things but not unreasonable at all. There aren't any glaring "cons" that I have seen thus far but I will update my review if I come across any...
