You are not micromanaged, and flexibility to accommodate work/life balance.

Work at home, schedules can be flexible depending on who your account manager is.

Cons

They do not give raises. Don't even think of asking to use your PTO because they won't allow it unless you are an account manager, auditor or some other position that is higher up than a coder. Some of the contracts that they have are very demanding. They do not give training at all. Will fire you, rather than helping you in the QA process. Production expectations are ridiculous and the highest out of any company I have ever worked for.
