First, I have gained knowledge & skills in Medical coding through training, mentoring & attending schoology class which I like before doing the actual work. I've learned how to socialize with co-workers & established good working relationship with them. I'm working with a great team & excellent Team Leader which I'm truly grateful for.

You’re Just a Number Of course, a large company is big. You knew that going in. But, what you may not have realized is that when you work for a large company, it can be hard to feel seen as a person. Or, hard to feel like you and your efforts make a difference at the company. When you’re one employee of hundreds or even thousands (or hundreds of thousands), you may feel like a cog in a meaningless wheel.
