Pros

- Fair pay when I began but no raise during. The only reason I made more per hour when I left is because I received a promotion (pro because there is room for qrowth within the company). - You will be expected to report to several account managers. The one who hires you on but then there is an account manager over each client as well. So, while you might not work for the same client/account manager during your employment there, you will still have your main account manager. The reason I feel like this is a pro is because you have that one constant who stays over you throughout your tenure (Melissa Sadek, in my case, and I could not have ask for better) and since he or she has known your work ethic, etc… since you began your employment, he or she can act as an intercede for you you with the new client/clients you may be working for from time to time. - I can’t speak much regarding benefits because I stayed on my husband’s during my time here. However, from what I’m hearing the benefits are not as good this year as they have been in the past.

Cons

- Quantity is considered more important than quantity. - You might end up feeling more like a warm bodied robot than a human. - Administrative duties cannot be reported as time worked. I.e. Reading company e-mails and/or phone calls and responding back is done on your own time which is not a really big deal but the time does add up throughout the week. - No raise
