Good Benefits and Healthcare however after 3 months of employment

Cons

Observation- Micro Management ; Speaking of Healthcare Benefits- doesn't start until after 3 months of employment completed. That's not the norm with major companies. Major companies its from day 1.

Plenty of work, ceu's, education, books, 3M encoder, laptop or desktop, great travel arrangements, great opportunities to learn all types of coding, great pay.

Cons

No matching 401K. Not for those who have little to no experience.
