Pros

Remote. Quality training and Tools.

Cons

No work. I was "training" for 5 months before being let go due to no available work. This was devastating to a mom of 2 small kids, who's also the main earner in the family. Severance is only 1 paycheck.

Pros

Pay is acceptable as are benefits. That is all that I could say positive. Skip this company for your mental health! They also laid off 60 RN's from their first class.

Cons

The management here in not very good. Communication is a problem as most of the workers are remote, as was I. The training that I received was on-site and was a total waste of my time and theirs. They make you sign a very expensive promissory note for the training, that is NOT worth it. They like you to work specific hours so very little in the way of flexibility. I did not like the management as they were all rather "catty" women and not professional. I received rather nasty emails from management daily. Despite having poor training they expected a 95 percent accuracy. I received most of my training from YouTube, as the instructor for the training was extremely incompetent. I really would not recommend this company to anyone!

Pros

The only pro is working from home and you can find that elsewhere.

Cons

These people will lie to you over and over again. Do not believe anything they tell you while they are trying to recruit you. It's awfully funny that they are now trying to promote the 2 "mental health" days. You're going to needs these "mental health" days but do not expect them to allow you to use them. If you ever want any time off you may as well just call in sick. You have to give them a month notice to use your PTO but don't expect them to actually approve your request. They will just tell you that the day is "not available". Your life will revolve around Lexicode. They will also ask you to work every single holiday, along with demanding mandatory OT. There is also the possibility of being expected to work off the clock. Also, do not get suckered into their Inpatient Training program just to get a job. They make you sign a promissory note to stay with the company for 2 years or pay them 10k, yes $10,000! If you have to sign a promissory note to stay with the company for 2 years, that should tell you something right there. This place doesn't even give any type of raise so aim high when they ask you what your expected pay rate is, if you actually decide to work here. They will provider you with equipment but don't expect a laptop, expect a big bulky tower that is from the dinosaur ages.
