work not guaranteed for part time work

No pay increase in over 3 years, company ownership changed several times in same period, no 401k contribution

Policy that prohibits coders from working for any competition. Managers not loyal to coders during conflicts between coders and clients. Abundant system issues.

I had to keep transferring from client to client, too many coders and not enough work. kept getting new managers assigned. low pay. some managers were micromanaging

I can't really blame them on this stuff, this is the work nature, but there is a frequent change in job assignments, sometimes you have a heavy work load, sometimes there is nothing to do. 401k lacks company contribution.

Horrible management, lack of meaningful communication, no pay increases, only consistent feedback is negative (you won't hear about the 100s of charts you did perfectly, but you better believe you'll get an email about every mistake demanding an explanation!).
