Hire to many people then lay everyone off. New IP coders they trained were pretty much thrown out there to perform at the level of an IP with 20 years experience. Expectations aren't always realistic.

Benefits offered, working from home, flexibility of hours and good pay. Mangers were good.
Cons
that I was not offered to continue the training through them to be able to get certified for my CPC once the ambulance dept was no longer.
