Pros

100% remote work, geographic flexibility.

Cons

Poor and unrealistic management. Extremely high turnover. Over the span of 7 months, I had 4 different bosses. In the same timeframe there was over 100% turnover. Management was uncappable of forecasting resulting in completely unrealistic sales goals. Realistically this is a $60-70K job...not the $90-120K they tote.

Thank you for your feedback. The opinions listed here were not shared with the company and the turnover is simply not factual. We do offer multiple ways for feedback to be shared internally and also have a review process that includes team members review of all levels of management. All efforts for several years have been heavily focused on employees, communication, listening and rolling out ideas, benefits, perks, improvements, and recognition, as well as offering great products to the communities we serve.

Pros

Job security is great, there are some great folks who still work there and care.

Cons

While they are deploying new tricks to recruit new candidates the reality is that they rarely do much to keep and retain employees. There's also a lack of accountability across the various leadership levels.

We do have many team members that are former first responders and many others who are drawn to serve. Leading by example is a key trait we look for during recruitment. And we also have reminded team members recently about our always-successful referral program. They are always beneficial for everyone.

Pros

None. I thought there were at first but quickly learned there are not any.

Cons

Just avoid this place. I'm keeping everything very quiet and anonymous. Do not try to work for this place. If you start working here, you will end up gaining weight and regretting working here. Higher ups will not help. It is a toxic place to be in.
