Year after year recurring outsourcing with layoff's, occasional layoff's also related to budget tightening, unclear focus in business direction - company always reactionary to competition rather than trend setter. Dayton centric management that still often doesn't get the business units outside of Dayton. Management (that remains) over time getting more and more defensive about outsourcing. Churn in management is extensive as the company tries to re-invent itself every six months.

Too many changes in too little time, newer senior management does not have experience in the industry and it shows. The company has integrated products that do not really fir into the portfolio or vision of the company while spending very little time on the major core products. This has led to a lack of employee enthusiasm and spirit.
