      President of the company knows everyone by name. Pay is good. I really like the monthly spirit events.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom for creative and skilled IT professionals working on various projects, room for advancement and training. Working from home. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Confused business and project managers with little or no directions given to developers straggling with constantly changing requirements. Very hard to get job done often with lots of frustration, taking way much longer time than needed. Lots of incompetent bureaucrats and ever expanding bureaucracy. Slow in accepting new technologies.

      Focuses too much on hourly employees, forgetting that the management team works just as hard Too much time wasting activities, too many reports to be run, but keep pushing your team....
