Overall a true multinational company which offer competitive products and service and goverance is standard

Cons

Corporate growth relied on acquisition, self-own prodcut were falling behind competitors. Management don't have idea how to grow business organically, which lead to big turnover of salespersons

Pay was greatly competitive, health benefits and 14 weeks of paid family leave is astounding, the PTO policy was also generous. SCCM is a nice tool for IT

Cons

intense micro-management, a lack of clear knowledge….be prepared to have every single question routed up to be given the run-around across the IT departments only to end up back where you started. It seems almost as if no-one really cares and complacency has been deep-seated across the firm. If it’s not a fire; it’s not a problem has been my experience
