Pros

The production environment lets you keep your head down and do your work without human interaction... if that's your kind of thing. Free Phillies tickets are given away.

Cons

Quotas are raised to unattainable levels, and employees are subtly threatened that they will lose their jobs if they do not meet them (regardless of years of service, or any other variable). Production supervisors act like hall monitors and yell at employees for talking. It can be degrading.

Challenging environment where you have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow. President is ethical, smart and focused. Pleasant working environment.

Cons

Almost of the hourly employees are women and almost all of the executives are men.
