Pros

Good people to work with. Longevity. The managers are good people. The employees genuinely believe in their work and strive to do right. We have employees with GENERATIONS of family working here. I haven't seen that at anywhere else I've worked.

Cons

Annual incentive program is not pleasant. The benefits are good, but the medical and 401K contributions are getting worse by the year. I suspect it's the same for many companies.

Workplace environment, most managers are very nice.

Cons

They do not care about homeworkers. Piece Rate is deflated and completely unfair. No room to grow.
