Pros

Pay was greatly competitive, health benefits and 14 weeks of paid family leave is astounding, the PTO policy was also generous. SCCM is a nice tool for IT

Cons

intense micro-management, a lack of clear knowledge….be prepared to have every single question routed up to be given the run-around across the IT departments only to end up back where you started. It seems almost as if no-one really cares and complacency has been deep-seated across the firm. If it’s not a fire; it’s not a problem has been my experience

Pros

The People are like family. Career growth and training opportunities are available. I cannot remember having a boss where a growth plan was not discussed and given importance. Remote/Hybrid capability Plenty of opportunities for innovation. If you are in tech, there are multiple processes you could help modernize.

Cons

There are a significant amount of legacy tools depended upon daily. For too many years, modernization has taken a backseat. Still learning how to best compensate production employees in a remote world. Work-life balance has a lot of room for improvement. Remote world seems to have also contributed to that becoming out of balance.
