      Pros

      Good pay, average benefits, new building, exercise room on premises.

      Cons

      The worst job/company I have ever worked for. Unfriendly employees/culture sometimes to extreme.

      Pros

      They have a decent PTO package and you can work from home sometimes.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems run by antiquated people. Phrases like "Tried and true" and "I'm old school" are abundant in the engineer and development side. Constantly string employees along with "keep going and we'll make it worth it" but nothing happens. Management is very secretive with any future planning. If you start low, you will remain low. You'll get "promoted" but you'll continue to have old your old responsibilities as well a a heap of new ones.

      Pros

      Good work life balance.Good salary and benefits. Reasonably run organization overall. Best of course if you are with the "in crowd".

      Cons

      Boca Raton group was a separate company purchased by LexisNexis and much of the middle and upper management is still there. Very little chance of moving up if you weren't part of the original company. You're never really accepted if not from that bunch.
