Pros
Work life balance is good. ** All pros of what other mentioned have been changed and they are quite the opposite in the recent times. Layoffs do happen HR department is useless
Cons
1) pay is less than median 2) lacks innovation 3) layoffs do happen, they are more like back door layoffs, happens with top performers also (Also things are not looking bright for company start finding jobs elsewhere) 4) the hr department is unprofessional and unethical 5) technology group is outdated tech pros 6) growth is super slow 7) intra company transfer to roles may break your career 8) very unprofessional managers and upper management
