      Free Keurig coffee. Nice co-workers.

      This division of LexisNexis can't get a product out the door. Upper management is located "elsewhere" and drops in for a day or two every week or two -- management by helicopter. The products no sooner get close to release when the execs decide to literally change EVERYTHING and can the current efforts. On top of all that they brought in a ton of H1B Indian (foreign) contractors to work on one of the new products.

      Great work environment and work-life balance

      Cons

      Low pay. I make full 1/3 less than peers in other companies. Medical benefits have gone downhill in recent years, though I suspect that has more to do with the ACA than the company.
